Land Requirements

The value of land and the chances of obtaining a viable planning permission is dependent upon many factors that are often variable during the planning process. As experienced house builders, we are very familiar with negotiating costs with Councils, Affordable Housing providers, and others to deliver the most viable solution.

The process of obtaining planning permission is complex, costly, time consuming and uncertain. There are no guarantees in planning and the substantial at-risk financial investment required to successfully promote land for development is often a barrier that most landowners cannot undertake on their own.

We understand that landowners have individual requirements, and we pride ourselves on providing a totally bespoke approach with a number of different contractual options to acquire land. We acquire all our sites without planning permission either unconditionally or via option agreements.
